DnB Allstars Thailand will take place in Chalong, Phuket. Full details of the venue and how to get there will be provided closer to the event.

This is a 20+ event. You will need to bring valid photo ID to guarantee entry.

Yes. This is an 18+ event and valid photo ID will be required on entry.

Yes. All bags will be searched on arrival for security reasons.

We operate a strict zero-tolerance drug policy. Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed from the site.

Re-entry will be permitted, but exact re-entry times and conditions will be confirmed closer to the event.
TRANSPORT

The closest airport is Phuket International Airport (HKT), which is around a 1-hour drive to Chalong, where the event takes place.
How do I get from the airport to my hotel or the event site?
Taxis are readily available at the airport, with fixed fares depending on destination.
App-based transport (Grab) operates in Phuket and is often cheaper and more convenient.
Private transfers can also be arranged in advance through many hotels.

No, there is no parking at the event site.

Currently no shuttle buses are planned. Taxis and other local transport options are widely available across Phuket.

Phuket City is approximately 25 minutes by car from Chalong.

Patong (a popular tourist area) is approximately 30–40 minutes by car from Chalong.

Taxis and Grab are the easiest options. Tuk-tuks are also available, but prices can vary, so we recommend agreeing on a fare before travelling. Scooter rentals are common in Phuket but should only be used if you are experienced and comfortable riding.

Yes. Official accommodation packages are available exclusively through FIXR.

We are offering a mix of 3* and 5* options:
Hivetel (3*) – just a 1–2 minute walk from the event site in Chalong.
Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra (5*) – premium 5* comfort located in Phuket City, about 15 minutes’ drive to the event site.
ibis Styles Phuket City (3*) – a mid-range option in the heart of Phuket City, similarly about 15 minutes’ drive to the venue.

Buffet breakfast is included in the Novotel and ibis Styles accommodation packages.

Part of the venue is concrete (such as walkways and some areas near bars), but the main stage area is set on grassland. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for grass and uneven surfaces.

Yes. We are committed to making DnB Allstars Thailand as inclusive as possible. Accessible toilets and entry lanes will be provided on site.

The venue has mixed terrain. Some areas are concrete, but the main stage area is grassland which may be uneven. While we will do our best to make the site accessible, please be aware of this when planning your visit.

Yes. We operate a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket scheme to support those with accessibility requirements. Please email thailand@dnballstars.com with proof of eligibility to arrange this in advance.

January is one of the best times to visit Phuket. Expect:
Average daytime temperatures: 24°C – 32°C
Evenings: slightly cooler but still warm
Rainfall: very low (January is in Phuket’s dry season)
Humidity: moderate, but much more comfortable than the monsoon season
Overall, you can expect hot, sunny days and warm nights – perfect for an outdoor festival.

Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for daytime sets
