General

  • The event will take place across three days: Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th January 2026.

  • DnB Allstars Thailand will take place in Chalong, Phuket. Full details of the venue and how to get there will be provided closer to the event.

  • This is a 20+ event. You will need to bring valid photo ID to guarantee entry.

  • Tickets and accommodation packages are available now via our official ticket partner FIXR. Tickets will also be listed on TicketFairy and Skiddle.

  • No, there will be no cloakroom or locker facilities on site. Please only bring essentials with you.

  • Yes, full set times will be shared via our social media channels before the event.

  • No outside food or drink is permitted.

  • Yes, a variety of food traders will be available, catering for different dietary requirements.

entry policy

  • Yes. This is an 18+ event and valid photo ID will be required on entry.

  • Yes. All bags will be searched on arrival for security reasons.

  • We operate a strict zero-tolerance drug policy. Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed from the site.

  • Re-entry will be permitted, but exact re-entry times and conditions will be confirmed closer to the event.

TRANSPORT

  • The closest airport is Phuket International Airport (HKT), which is around a 1-hour drive to Chalong, where the event takes place.

    How do I get from the airport to my hotel or the event site?

    • Taxis are readily available at the airport, with fixed fares depending on destination.

    • App-based transport (Grab) operates in Phuket and is often cheaper and more convenient.

    • Private transfers can also be arranged in advance through many hotels.

  • No, there is no parking at the event site.

  • Currently no shuttle buses are planned. Taxis and other local transport options are widely available across Phuket.

  • Phuket City is approximately 25 minutes by car from Chalong.

  • Patong (a popular tourist area) is approximately 30–40 minutes by car from Chalong.

  • Taxis and Grab are the easiest options. Tuk-tuks are also available, but prices can vary, so we recommend agreeing on a fare before travelling. Scooter rentals are common in Phuket but should only be used if you are experienced and comfortable riding.

  • Yes. Official accommodation packages are available exclusively through FIXR.

  • We are offering a mix of 3* and 5* options:

    • Hivetel (3*) – just a 1–2 minute walk from the event site in Chalong.

    • Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra (5*) – premium 5* comfort located in Phuket City, about 15 minutes’ drive to the event site.

    • ibis Styles Phuket City (3*) – a mid-range option in the heart of Phuket City, similarly about 15 minutes’ drive to the venue.

  • All hotel packages include:

    • 4 nights accommodation (22–26 January 2026)

    • 10% service charge & 7% tax

    • Buffet breakfast is included in the Novotel and ibis Styles accommodation packages.

  • Hivetel is right next to the event site in Chalong. Novotel and ibis Styles are both located in Phuket City, around 25 minutes away by car.

  • All accommodation packages include check-in on Thursday 22nd January 2026 and check-out on Monday 26th January 2026.

  • Yes. You can book tickets only, accommodation only, or combined packages directly through FIXR.

    • Hivetel (3*) – Standard Double, Superior Double, Standard Twin, or 3-bed Dormitory (perfect for groups).

    • Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra (5*) – Superior King Room.

    • ibis Styles Phuket City (3*) – Standard Double or Standard Twin Room.

    • Hivetel – 2 guests for Double/Twin rooms, 3 guests in the Dormitory.

    • Novotel – 2 guests per room.

    • ibis Styles – 2 guests per room.

  • No. Guests staying at Novotel or ibis (which are about 25 minutes away) should plan to use local taxis or transport apps to get to/from the event site.

  • Tickets are available via our official partners FIXR and TicketFairy. Do not purchase tickets from unofficial sources such as Facebook groups or resale pages.

    • Weekend General Admission – from £129 + booking fee

    • Weekend VIP Admission – from £249 + booking fee

  • VIP includes access to an exclusive VIP area, faster entry lanes, and premium viewing areas. Full details will be announced closer to the event.

  • Yes. We are offering a Local Resident Ticket at 50% of the standard ticket price. These tickets:

    • Must be purchased in Thai Baht (THB)

    • Require valid Thai ID upon entry (this will be checked)

    • Are available by request — please email us at thailand@dnballstars.com to enquire

  • We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unofficial sellers. Only tickets purchased via FIXR or TicketFairy will be valid.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please refer to the resale policies on FIXR or TicketFairy.

payments & on-site info

  • All on-site transactions will be made in Thai Baht (THB).

  • No. The event will be fully cashless. Only contactless and card payments will be accepted.

  • No, there will be no ATMs on site. Please ensure your card or device is set up for contactless payments before arriving.

  • Part of the venue is concrete (such as walkways and some areas near bars), but the main stage area is set on grassland. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for grass and uneven surfaces.

accessibility

  • Yes. We are committed to making DnB Allstars Thailand as inclusive as possible. Accessible toilets and entry lanes will be provided on site.

  • The venue has mixed terrain. Some areas are concrete, but the main stage area is grassland which may be uneven. While we will do our best to make the site accessible, please be aware of this when planning your visit.

  • Yes. We operate a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket scheme to support those with accessibility requirements. Please email thailand@dnballstars.com with proof of eligibility to arrange this in advance.

  • If you have any accessibility requirements (such as wheelchair access, seating, or other support needs), please contact us at thailand@dnballstars.com prior to the event so we can make suitable arrangements.

travel tips

  • January is one of the best times to visit Phuket. Expect:

    • Average daytime temperatures: 24°C – 32°C

    • Evenings: slightly cooler but still warm

    • Rainfall: very low (January is in Phuket’s dry season)

    • Humidity: moderate, but much more comfortable than the monsoon season

    Overall, you can expect hot, sunny days and warm nights – perfect for an outdoor festival.

    • Lightweight clothing suitable for tropical weather

    • Comfortable footwear (part of the site is grassland, part concrete)

    • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for daytime sets

    • A light jacket or cover-up for evenings

    • Swimwear if you’re planning to enjoy Phuket’s beaches or hotel pools

    • A reusable water bottle (empty on entry) to refill at water stations

    • Portable power bank for your phone

    • Valid photo ID (required for entry)

  • Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Many countries qualify for visa exemption or visa-on-arrival for short stays. Please check the official Thai government website or contact your local embassy before travelling.

  • Taxis, tuk-tuks, and app-based transport (such as Grab) are widely available across Phuket. Motorbike and scooter rentals are also popular but should only be used if you are experienced and confident on the roads.
